Who we are
Tri-M Construction is a family-operated business started in 1975 by Miles M. Millspaugh. At that time, Miles Sr. was doing mostly remodel work – both commercial and residential. Miles Sr. wanted to help folks create their dream home and towards that end, Tri-M Construction built their first custom home in 1989.
Tri-M Construction has been building quality custom homes ever since. Miles D. learned residential building skills, techniques and processes from his father and became the managing partner in 1993.

Instead of working with an independent architect, our team can draft home plans directly for our clients.
