Tri-M Construction Company

In 1975, Miles M. Millspaugh founded Tri-M Construction Company. At the time the company was doing mostly remodel work – both commercial and residential. Wanting to work with families to create their dream homes, Miles built his first home in 1989. Tri-M Construction Company has been building quality homes ever since.

Tri-M Construction Company is a family-operated business. Miles’ wife, Deborah, is an important asset to the company as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Miles’ daughter, Amber, manages the rental properties and is the Interior Decorator. Miles’ son, Miles Jr., joined the company in 1993 and has worked his way up to Co-Owner, Draftsman and Construction Supervisor. Miles Jr.’s wife, Angela, assists in the office. Last spring, Miles’ oldest grandson, Caleb, joined the team as a Contractor Assistant.
